About Us
Rotorsan Aerospace and Aviation Inc. is an engineering and manufacturing company focused on high technology, established in 2023 with an initial capital of 100 million TL in the Nilüfer Organized Industrial Zone, Bursa. Our mission is to contribute to the National Technology Initiative by supporting Turkey's independence in the fields of defense, aerospace, and space, reducing foreign dependency in critical technologies, and becoming a strong player in global competition.
Our Vision
To establish Turkey's technological leadership in indigenous turbojet engines, high-performance unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and guided missile systems; and to become an export-oriented defense technology company that not only serves the domestic market but also provides solutions to friendly and allied nations.
Our Mission
To develop innovative, competitive, and sustainable products in the field of defense and aerospace, offering indigenous and national solutions to meet the needs of all users, primarily the Turkish Armed Forces; and to become a centralized hub that manages the entire process—from R&D to mass production—under one roof through engineering expertise and manufacturing capabilities.
Our Fields of Activity
1. Turbojet Engine Development
Rotorsan aims to power both fixed-wing UAVs and guided missile systems with its in-house developed SXH and ZKXH series turbojet engines. These domestically produced engines offer solutions that eliminate foreign dependency, supported by original design and comprehensive testing processes.
2. Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Systems
Tactical and mini UAV platforms equipped with high-altitude, long-range, and precision mission capabilities are being developed for reconnaissance, surveillance, and strike operations. Operating with fully indigenous software and hardware, these systems offer platform flexibility through a national integration infrastructure.
3. Rocket and Missile Technologies
Rotorsan focuses on guided missile and rocket systems that stand out with their range, accuracy, and electronic counter-countermeasure (ECCM) capabilities. These solutions are designed for integration with land, sea, and air platforms, and hold significant potential particularly in cruise missile infrastructure targeting naval threats.
4. Testing, Simulation, and System Verification
All developed products are validated in accordance with national and international standards using the company’s proprietary test systems and laboratory infrastructure. In addition, tests related to airworthiness, durability, thrust efficiency, and environmental compliance are conducted entirely with our in-house resources.
